Playstation Prize Draw Promotions 2024

Promotor

1. The promoter is Prezzee Limited (NZBN 9429049008357) of Level 4, 253 Queen Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand (the Promoter). 

2. The Playstation Prize Draw Promotion (the Promotion) is operated by the Promoter and is not associated with any other brand partners or related entities.

Promotional Period

3. The Promotion will open for entry at 10:00 am NZDT on 19 January 2024 and will close at 23:59 pm NZDT on 26 January 2024 (Promotion Period).

Winners &  Prize

4.There will be five prizes: 

        a) One (1) Playstation® 5 (RRP: $899.95) 

        b) Three (3) $500.00 Playstation® eGift Cards

        c) One (1) 12-month Playstation® Plus Deluxe Membership or Extension (RRP: $250.95).

(Individually a Prize and collectively the Prizes)

5. There will be a total of five (5) Winners, who will win one Prize each. The total prize pool is valued at $2,650.90.

6. The Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of Playstation® Store and not redeemable for cash, non-exchangeable, non-returnable, except when required by law.

7. Playstation® Store eGift Cards are  not redeemable for cash and are subject to Playstation® Store Gift Cards Terms & Conditions, as available at this webpage. Please review Playstations terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any eGift Card(s).

Eligibility to Enter

8. The Promotion is free of charge and open only to legal residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over.

9. Customers who purchase a specially marked Playstation Store eGift Card with a face value no less than $15.00 on Prezzee website or mobile app during the Promotion Period will be entered into the Promotion (Eligible Purchase).

10. Customers may enter the Promotion multiple times. Each Eligible Purchase will be equal to one entry in the Promotion.

11. Employees, directors, contracts or related entities of the Promoter are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

How Winner is Determined

12. Promotion is a game of chance. Each eligible entry will be entered into a process of random selection. One Winner of each Prize  will be drawn from eligible entries on 7 February 2024 at 11:00 am NZDTat the address of the Promoter. The Promoter’s selection of the winning entries will be final and binding. No correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.

13. The Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) business days of the draw. 

        a) The Prizes of the $500.00 Playstation® Store eGift Card and the Playstation® Plus Deluxe Membership or  Extension will be emailed to the Winners’ email address that is held on record by the Promoter at the time of prize draw within seven (7) business days of the draw date.

        b) The Winner of the Playstation® 5 must, within one (1) month of receiving the email notification of winning, providing the Promoter with a valid postal address in New Zealand . Upon receiving the information, the Prize of a Playstation® 5 will be scheduled for delivery to the designated postal address within seven (7) business days thereafter.

14. By entering this promotion, you consent to sharing your email address and/or postal address (if applicable) with the Promoter for the purposes of this prize draw and prize delivery.

15. If a Winner rejects the Prize or does not claim the Prize within one (1) month from the date of the prize draw, the entry will be deemed invalid and a redraw will take place on 7 March 2024 at 11:00am NZDT.

Other terms

16. It is the responsibility of each entrant to notify the Promoter of any change in their contact details, and to provide a valid email and/or postal address (if applicable) The Promoter shall not be liable for the Prize(s) being delivered to the incorrectly provided email or postal address, damaged during the delivery, or stolen due to the Prize being delivered to an unsecure location.

17. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

18. The eligibility of entries is solely within the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or damaged entries or other communications.

19. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

        a) Vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any entrants or other person;

        b) At any time, to request verification of information relevant to participation in the promotion of all entrants.  The Promoter may disqualify entrants who provide false information or failed to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter.

        c) to refuse entries which are incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, do not comply with these terms and conditions, or which contravene any applicable laws or regulations;

        d) to disqualify entrants who have breached the terms and conditions, have engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise undermine the fairness of the promotion.

20. The Promoter shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk-email, or other security settings, for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non- functioning contact information.

21. In the event that the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to system breakdown, tampering, unauthorised intervention, no entry, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to applicable legislations.

22. If the Prizes are unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with a prize of equal or greater monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authority.

23. A Winner’s use of Prize is entirely at their own risk. The Winners release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the Winner’s acceptance and use of the Prize and the Winner’s participation in the Promotion.
