The Promoter of this offer is PREZZEE LIMITED (NZBN 9429049008357)of 3/9 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000. (the Promoter).

This promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions (Terms):


  1. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our privacy policy available at http://www.prezzee.com.au/doc/privacy-policy/
  2. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.
  3. The promotion will commence at 1:00 pm NZST on Wednesday, 23rd August 2023 and finish at 11:59 pm NZST on 4th September 2023 (Promotion Period). Unlimited allocation.
  4. To be eligible for a bonus Prezzee Father’s Day Special Smart eGift Card of NDD$10 (the Offer), you must purchase a specifically marked Prezzee Father’s Day Smart eGift Card valued at NZD$150 or more via the Prezzee website found at http://www.prezzee.com.au during the Promotion Period (Eligible Purchase).
  5. If eligible for the Offer, your bonus Prezzee Smart eGift Card will automatically be sent to the email address of the person purchasing the eGift Card as a separate email within three hours. 
  6. The Offer is strictly limited to a maximum of one Eligible Purchase per person, there is unlimited allocation to Eligible Purchases.
  7.  This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  8. If Prezzee determines you are using aliases, multiple accounts, multiple people are using the same payment method, or any other activity Prezzee believes in its absolute discretion is designed to circumvent the Eligible Purchase per person limit, Prezzee reserves the right (in its absolute discretion) to cancel your purchases, gift delivery or account.  
  9. Prezzee reserves the right to withdraw this Offer at any time and without notice.
  10. This Offer is not available to Prezzee Business customers.
  11. The Prezzee Father’s Day Smart eGift Card can only be exchanged for individual retailer gift cards online. These individual retailer gift cards can be redeemed in-store or online, dependent on retailer terms and conditions.  Please review all applicable retailer’s terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any gift cards.
  12. Directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies are not eligible to enter this Promotion.  Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.
