Uber Father’s Day 2023 promotion - Terms and Conditions
Promoter
1. The Promoter of the Gift of the Day Promotion is Prezzee Limited NZBN 9429049008357 of Level 4, 253 Queen Street, Auckland 1010 New Zealand (the Promoter).
2. Uber Father’s Day 2023 promotion (the Promotion) is operated by the Promoter.
Promotion Period
3. The Promotion will commence at 10:00am NZST on 24 August 2023 and will finish at 11:59pm NZST on 3 September 2023 or until the Sales Limit is reached, whichever is earlier (Promotion Period).
The Offer
4. During the Promotion Period, purchase a specially-marked Uber eGift Card (Promotional Gift Card) with a face value of $50 or more from www.prezzee.co.nz (or mobile application) and enter the promotion code DADS10 (Promotion Code) at the checkout to receive 10% off the purchase price.
5. The Promotion strictly limited. The maximum aggregate face value of all Promotional Gift Cards available for sale during the Promotion is limited to $5,000 (Sales Limit). After the Sales Limit has been exceeded, the Promotion Code will no longer be valid and the Promotion will end.
6. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
7. eGift Cards purchased from Prezzee are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant brands and Promoter’s Terms of Sale at: www.prezzee.co.nz/policies/terms-of-sale/ and Terms of Service at: www.prezzee.co.nz/policies/terms-of-service/.
Eligibility for Offer
8. The Promotion is open to legal residents of New Zealand over the age of 18 years.
9. To be eligible for the Promotion, a customer must purchase a specially marked Uber eGift Card on the New Zealand Prezzee mobile app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or Prezzee website at www.prezzee.co.nz during the Promotion Period (Qualifying Purchase) and enter the Promotion Code at checkout.
10. The Promotion Code can only be redeemed once per customer.
11. Business partners, directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies, are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.
Other Terms
12. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if a Promotion Code or the offer is not redeemable for any reason. If the Promotion is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Promotion with a different promotion code or eGift Card. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations, or directions from regulatory authority.
14. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
a. vary the terms of, or cancel the Promotion at any time without liability to any customers or other person;
b. at any time, to request verification of information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all customers. The Promoter may disqualify customers who provides false information or failed to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter; and/or
c. to cancel the gift cards of customers where the Promoter suspects that the terms and conditions have been breached, the customer has redeemed the Promotion multiple times, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or the customer otherwise undermines the fairness of the promotion.
15. A Customer’s use and participation in the Promotion is entirely at their own risk. The customers release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the customer’s acceptance and use of the Promotion and the customer’s participation in the Promotion.
16. Uber eGift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions of Uber. Please review all applicable retailers’ terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any gift card(s).
