Terms and Conditions for Countdown eGift Card With Purchase Promotion
Promotor
1. The promoter of the Countdown eGift Card with Purchase Promotion (the Promotion) is Prezzee Limited (NZBN 9429049008357) of Level 4, 253 Queen Street, Auckland 1010 (the Promoter).
2. The Promotion is operated by the Promoter. It is not associated with any other brands or related entities.

3. Purchase a specially marked NZD$50 Countdown eGift Card from www.prezzee.co.nz or the Promoter’s mobile application during the Promotion Period and receive a bonus NZD$5 Countdown eGift Card (Bonus eGift Card).

4. The Promotion will commence at 10:00am on 29 May 2023 and will finish at 23:59pm on 8 June 2023, or until 1,000 Bonus eGift Card are issued, whichever is earlier. Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible for the Promotion.

5. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our privacy policy available at https://www.prezzee.co.nz/policies/privacy-policy/.
6. Upon completion of an eligible purchase, the Bonus eGift Card will be automatically sent to the email address associated with the eligible purchase in a separate email within three (3) hours.
7. The Promotion can only be redeemed once (1) per customer.
8. The Bonus eGift Card is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for any other eGift card, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
9. The Promoter reserves the right at any time, and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside of its control.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time. The amended terms and conditions will be published on this page.
11. The decision of the Promoter in all matters in relation to this Promotion is final and binding.
12. If, for any reason, the specified Bonus eGift Card is not available, then a Prezzee Smart eGift Card of equal value shall be issued.
13. The Promoter is not responsible if the Promotion cannot take place or if the Bonus eGift Card cannot be issued due to delays or interruptions due to acts of war (declared or undeclared), natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, riot or civil disturbance, satellite or equipment failure, federal state or local government law, order or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Promoter’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence).
14. The Promoter is not responsible for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind which prevents the customer from participating in the Promotion.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from the Promotion any person it believes has intentionally violated these Terms and Conditions; and (ii) cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion without any liability if any fraud, virus or other factor beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control impairs the administration, functioning or proper use of the Promotion, as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion.
16. The Promotion will be governed by the laws of New Zealand.
17. Wpay New Zealand Limited is the issuer of the Countdown eGift Card, but is not the promoter of the offer, nor responsible for fulfilment of the offer terms. Countdown eGift Cards have no expiry date and are redeemable in store at Countdown Supermarket stores only. Countdown eGift Cards are not redeemable online.
